Colorado Concierge is not responsible for travel delays due to severe weather, road closures or heavy traffic conditions. Any incurred expense associated with missed flights, shuttle connections or missed activities is the sole responsibility of the guest.
All reservations are subject to a 48-hour non-refundable cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled activity or service date and time will not be refunded. Reservations cancelled outside of 48 hours of the scheduled activity or service date and time will be refunded in full. If the reservation was paid for by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card. Reservations paid for with cash or check will be refunded in the form of a check mailed to the address on file.
Gratuity & Tipping
Colorado Concierge does not charge gratuity for any activities or services. While gratuities are not expected, they are greatly appreciated by your tour operator. Guests can tip their tour guides in cash or by credit card prior to or after their activity.
